LooksMax Analyzer provides AI-powered facial analysis tools and digital educational products, including but not limited to the Clav Looksmaxxer Guide. 3. Eligibility

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and may change without notice. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.

5. Digital Products — No Refund Policy

All sales of digital products and services are final. Due to the instant-delivery nature of our digital products (including the AI face analysis and the Clav Looksmaxxer Guide), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a digital product that is delivered immediately upon payment.
  • You waive any right to a "cooling-off" period or right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply.
  • No refund, partial refund, or credit will be issued once a transaction is complete.

7. User Content and Photos

When you upload a photo for analysis, the image is processed in real-time by our AI system and is not stored, saved, or retained on our servers after the analysis is complete. You retain all rights to your photos. By uploading, you grant us a temporary, limited license solely to perform the analysis you requested.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, reliable, or meet your expectations. AI analysis results are algorithmic opinions and should not be treated as professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOKSMAX ANALYZER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
