No Refunds on Digital Products
All products and services offered by LooksMax Analyzer are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable.
What This Applies To
This no-refund policy applies to all purchases, including but not limited to:
- AI Face Analysis — Results are generated and delivered immediately upon payment.
- The Clav Looksmaxxer Guide — Digital educational content delivered instantly after purchase.
- Any other digital products or services offered through looksmaxanalyzer.com now or in the future.
Why We Don't Offer Refunds
Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly, there is no way to "return" the product once it has been accessed or downloaded. The content and analysis results are provided to you at the moment of purchase, making the transaction complete and irreversible.
Acknowledgement Before Purchase
Before completing any purchase, you are required to acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy by checking a consent box. By checking this box and completing your purchase, you confirm that:
- You understand that the product is digital and delivered immediately.
- You waive your right to a refund, cancellation, or chargeback.
- You accept these terms as a condition of your purchase.
- You have read and agree to our Terms of Service.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a digital product constitutes a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback or dispute and may provide evidence of product delivery, your consent to the no-refund policy, and your acceptance of our Terms of Service.
In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any associated fees.
Exceptions
In rare cases where a technical error on our end prevents delivery of the purchased product (e.g., system failure, payment processed but product not delivered), we will either:
- Re-deliver the product, or
- Issue a full refund at our discretion.
To report a delivery issue, contact us within 48 hours of purchase at support@looksmaxanalyzer.com with your purchase details.
European Union & UK Consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you acknowledge that by purchasing a digital product with immediate delivery and consenting to these terms at checkout, you are waiving your statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK legislation, as permitted by Article 16(m) of the Directive.
